What should we expect for our first session?We will use this time for Introductions and to discuss what prompted you to reach out to set up this session. We will identify goals desired from therapy.

Do you accept insurance?Yes, we accept Insurance: Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, TRICARE

What is the cost for a session?Currently, a session is $185 for individuals. If you have specific questions for groups or work sessions, pls reach out directly and we will be happy to assist you.

Which payment methods do you accept?Yes we accept payments by Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard

How long are sessions and how often should we meet?Sessions are generally 50-60 minutes; how often we meet is up to client, depending on need.

What is your cancellation policy?Please cancel 24 hr notice prior to scheduled appointment, otherwise the session will be billed.

Do you offer online appointments?Yes, online appointments are available as well as in person appointments.
